TRAIN

We provide access to various full-time programs with many academies that allow you to develop in a holistic and safe environment.
Professional training according to the Spanish culture of football with Spanish coaches.
Various holistic training methods are used, such as beach, gym, athletics and boxing sessions.
Players can be scouted, promoted and developed individually, and collectively according to their level.
All activities are mentored by an ex-Fifa registered agent with years of experience.

STUDY

School studies can be completed online (via the Cambridge system), and we encourage tertiary education online also.
Weekly private Spanish language lessons are encouraged.
An in-house mentor will oversee these educational activities should it be required.
Specialized clinics and occasional tactical sessions are conducted by visiting professional coaches and trainers from around the world.

DEVELOP

We cater to full-time from age 18 to 25 all year round.
We cater to youth aged 12 to 16, on a part-time basis (eg. school holidays).
Players can be promoted and developed individually, and collectively. This is assessed from time to time.
We can cater for all levels of players.
Those players who are assessed and considered ready for the professional ranks will be sent for individual trials and assessments where possible.
Those who are not will be advised and continue to be developed and monitored at regular intervals.
The maximum we foresee a player staying with us or an outsource academy will be three years.
The minimum we foresee is a one year stay.
Professional players out of contract can spend short periods with us to regain match fitness and attempt to seek placement. No contract guarantee can ever be offered.

EXPERIENCE CULTURE

The various academies are based in Malaga, Spain on the famous Costa del Sol which is warm 300 days a year!
Living abroad can provide vital life skills and exposure to different cultures, languages, foods and traditions.
Players will make friends from countries around the world.
Malaga is well placed for travel to other European countries.

About Us

Bigtime Sports Academy was founded by ex-Fifa agent, Ryan Hartslief, who runs the sports agency Bigtime Sports. Ryan, who was an ex-professional player himself, understands the life of a professional football player and what is required on and off the pitch, having managed many professional and international players.

The Academy Pathway Mentoring offers:

Full-time program - 12 months
Part-time program - 1 to 3 months
Trial program - 2 weeks
Vacation training camps
Football training weekly in a professional environment
We also collaborate with other academies in the region in order to facilitate group training sessions if the numbers are low.
Full accommodation including all meals
Gym weekly sessions
Weekly cleaner
Wifi internet
Daily transport to training sessions and back each day
Airport transfers
All program fees exclude visa costs and return flight costs and related travel and health insurance

Note: All visits to Spain require a Schengen visa. It is the duty of the applicant to apply and acquire one as per his intended stay. We can provide some basic advice however it is not our responsibility. We also do not accept payment for visas only. Approach the relevant embassy in person and apply. Likewise, it is the duty of the person to return home in accordance with his visa termination dates. Failure to do this shall mean that we shall notify the relevant authorities.

Though all players come with the dream of a professional soccer contract. We can not guarantee that at all. We also do not give refunds.
